Diane Wiebe

Began her studies 30 years ago when she was inspired by her father’s encouragement to learn the art of reflexology. This was the first step on a long journey of study that includes many modalities; Massage, Bowen, Professional & Specialized Kinesiology, Herbalism, Iridology, Colon Therapy, Nutrition, BodyTalk, Yuen, Quantum Touch and other studies. Diane is passionate about helping people make positive changes in their lives to become more expressive of who they really are.

Her greatest fascination is the ease at which clients are able to shift from an old attitude or belief to a new one and the resulting changes in their lives. At home with her husband they garden organically. They have two grown sons. Diane loves to travel and read. Diane was an instructor and teacher trainer in her fields of study and has written Unwind which is a practical hands on class that assists people to unwind stress.

Lacey Dolman

Lacey is a wife and mother of two young children. She had extra weight her whole adult life and when she could not overcome a back injury she knew she needed a change. In 2011 her weight loss journey began. With amazing support from her coach, family and friends, Lacey lost the weight, and as importantly has kept it off. She looks and feels great! Lacey couldn’t believe when one day she run up the stairs, she couldn’t remember what that felt like; not out of breath, no knee pain.

Lacey truly feels that this journey was the right choice for herself, and subsequently for her family. Lacey’s success was inspiring to her, and as a result she has been inspired to help others. Lacey has joined us at Your Last Diet Centre as a coach, for all phases but specializing in phase 4. She is committed to helping each client attain their goals to get to the weight they want to be and to keep it off. She enjoys creating and recreating in the kitchen and can transform recipes to be compliant.

Izabella Zaleweski, at Okanagan Natural Care Centre is a Registered Therapist whose services are often covered by an extended health care plan. Izabella has extensive experience counseling individuals with food issues and offers a free ½ hour counseling session to all existing and new dieters.

Izabella Zalewski

Is a Registered Clinical Counselor with her B.A in Psychology and her M.A in Counselling Psychology. Although she focuses on evidence-based therapies such as Emotion Focused Counselling and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy she also draws upon Intuitive Counselling by reading her client’s energy patterns and helping them clear energy blockages by guiding them towards intense present-moment awareness.

Izabella is also a wife and a Mother to two young girls, and she considers Mothering an art-form in guiding little human beings towards conscious awareness of the timeless love that they are. She is also an avid reader and an abstract landscape artist, who receives her inspiration for her artwork through a deep connection with the natural world. Izabella has been meditating for over 20 years and considers this practice essential to her experience of present-moment awareness.

The Method

There are four phases in the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol. During all four Phases you will receive one-on-one coaching, teaching you how your body gains weight and what you should be eating in order to maintain a balanced weight.
